This Halifax property was in desperate need of attention. The existing cladding on the upper dormer had deteriorated significantly, with flaking paintwork and visible weather damage dragging down the look of the entire house. The homeowner got in touch wanting a solution that would be low-maintenance, long-lasting, and visually sharp.

The Work

We carried out a full removal of the damaged cladding and installed brand-new, high-performance composite boards in a deep mahogany finish. The new cladding not only complements the existing windows and stonework, but gives the whole rear elevation a much more modern, polished appearance.

Scope of work included:

Subframe inspection and preparation
Installation of new composite cladding panels
New trims, detailing, and finishing seals
Final site clean-up and inspection

Working at height was managed safely with scaffold access, ensuring every detail could be finished to a high standard.
