We’ve recently completed another fantastic roofing project in Queensbury, where we carried out a full house re-roof and low-level porch installation for a returning customer. Earlier this year, we had the pleasure of completing the fascia, soffits, and guttering on this property—so it was great to be invited back to finish the job to a high standard.

Project Overview:

The customer was looking to fully upgrade their roof to improve energy efficiency, enhance the aesthetic appeal, and ensure long-term durability. Our team carried out a complete re-roof of the main house along with the addition of a new low-level front porch roof, blending seamlessly into the property’s overall appearance.

To comply with current U-value regulations, we also insulated the loft space as part of the works—boosting the property’s thermal performance and helping to reduce future energy bills.

Materials Used:

We used Crest Planum tiles, chosen specifically for their modern, flat-profile design and exceptional finish. These premium tiles not only elevate the overall look of the home but also offer great performance in terms of longevity and weather resistance.

The Result:

The result is a smart, clean-lined roof finish that completely transforms the property. The Crest Planum tiles give the home a sharp, contemporary look, while the new porch adds a stylish and practical element to the entrance.
